Rachel Andrews, CMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in event coordination and management. Rachel began their career in 2012 as the Marketing and Volunteer Coordinator for Cocoon House, where they developed a successful volunteer program and raised funds through an online campaign. In 2013, they worked as the Promotions/Events Supervisor at Boyd Gaming, coordinating supplies and ensuring accurate promotional copy. Rachel then joined SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management as an Event Coordinator, where they planned and organized various events and found creative solutions to meet client needs. In 2016, Rachel had temporary roles as an Event Coordinator at Tableau Software, assisting with event preparations and coordinating supplies, and as the Event Services Manager/Exhibitor Services at Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services. Currently, they are working at Bluetooth SIG, where they have progressed from an Event Coordinator to a Senior Event Coordinator and now holds the role of Associate Program Manager, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field.

Rachel Andrews, CMP has a strong educational background in project management and business marketing. In 2019, they completed a Project Management Certification Course at UW Professional & Continuing Education. Prior to that, they attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel also holds the certification of Certified Meeting Professional, which they obtained in May 2018 from the Events Industry Council.
