Rich Kennedy

Rich Kennedy possesses over 50 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Product Development, and Standards and Regulatory Affairs. Currently serving as Director of Radio Spectrum Regulatory Affairs at Bluetooth SIG since November 2022, Kennedy has previously held key roles including Regulatory Program Manager at Bluetooth Special Interest Group, Inc., Senior Consultant at Huawei Paris, and Principal Consultant at TV White Space Consulting. In addition, Kennedy has served as Director and Regulatory Liaison for The WhiteSpace Alliance, and held pivotal positions in companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and MediaTek USA Inc., focusing on dynamic spectrum access and regulatory advocacy for unlicensed spectrum. Educational qualifications include studies at Hunter College/City University of New York.
