Abhishek Bhaskar

Abhishek Bhaskar has a strong background in sales and management roles. Abhishek started their career in 2003 as a Regional Sales Officer at LG Electronics, where they handled distributors and dealers in various areas. Abhishek then worked at Hyundai Electronics as a Sales Executive, where they successfully established a distribution network and achieved regular sales. Abhishek later joined Vodafone as a Sales Relationship Manager, responsible for appointing and managing retailers and distributors. Abhishek also implemented a Hub & Spoke distribution model during their time at Vodafone. Abhishek then moved on to Reliance Communications as a Prepaid Lead, managing a team of Territory Sales Managers and overseeing the expansion of CDMA business. Abhishek achieved significant growth in data outlets, CDMA acquisition, and devices sales. Abhishek continued their career in the telecom industry by joining Vodafone as a Branch Manager, handling sales, customer care, commercial, and collection activities. Abhishek achieved channel infrastructure targets and built strong relationships with key accounts. Abhishek then worked at Syska as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they successfully onboarded and set up distribution for personal care products in Jharkhand. Currently, Abhishek is working at BLUETOWN as a State Head, overseeing teams in commercial & sales, network, SCM, and admin/HR. Abhishek has full ownership of P&L management for the state and is responsible for meeting with prospective clients, preparing business plans, and leading negotiations for projects. Abhishek has demonstrated a strong ability to achieve targets and build successful teams throughout their career.

Abhishek Bhaskar began their education at Ranchi University in 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physics. Abhishek successfully completed this program in the year 2000. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, Abhishek attended the Graduate School of Business & Administration, where they obtained a PGDBA with a focus on Marketing.
