Director of Operations at BLUETOWN

Korede Odukoya has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecom and construction industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Asst. Technical Officer at Penuel Technologies Limited, where they focused on computer engineering. Korede then served as a National Service Personnel at the Teaching Service Commission in Nigeria. In 2005, they joined Oduglad Engineering Company as a Technical Officer, involved in planning unit operations and coordinating mini projects.

In 2007, Odukoya joined Fortis Construction Company Limited as a Site Engineer, responsible for BTS site builds and RF installation. Later that year, they became an Implementation Engineer, specializing in Ericsson RBS installation and configuration. Korede continued with Fortis Construction Company Limited as a Field Support Engineer, working on the Ericsson/Airtel Ghana Network Roll Out project, including installation, integration, and maintenance of Ericsson RBS equipment.

In 2013, Odukoya joined MP-Infrastructure Ghana Limited as a Radio Engineer, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of 2G/3G sites and Ericsson Minilink TN implementation. Korede subsequently worked as a Project Engineer/Team Lead, responsible for the installation and commissioning of Alcatel EnodeB and coordinating installation and commissioning activities. In 2014, they were promoted to Team Lead for the MTN Project NEXT, monitoring project risks and producing stage plans.

Odukoya continued their career at MP-Infrastructure Ghana Limited and became a Business Development Manager in 2018, where they played a key role in developing business opportunities. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BLUETOWN as the Director of Operations, overseeing operational activities within the organization.

Throughout their career, Odukoya has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Korede Odukoya has a diverse educational background, beginning with their completion of a First School Leaving Certificate in Secondary School Education from Mayflower School in Ikenne Ogun State, which took place from 1991 to 1997. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering at Yaba College of Technology. More recently, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Assam Don Bosco University in Guwahati.
