Erin B. is an experienced social media and community manager currently leading content strategy and reputation management at Bluevine since January 2020. With a background that includes roles as a Social Media Support Specialist and Account Coordinator, Erin has successfully improved customer engagement and retention, established efficient social media support processes, and provided in-depth analytics to enhance brand reputation. Additionally, Erin is a certified Pilates instructor and has previous experience as a consulting intern and social media community intern.
