Matthew Stradley

Matthew Stradley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards analysis. Currently serving as a Global Total Rewards Analyst at Bluevine since March 2021, Matthew previously worked as a Compensation Analyst at Western Governors University, where responsibilities included creating analyses for equitable pay. As a Race Director and Co-Founder of Dusk to Dawn Relay + Ultra, ongoing since July 2018, Matthew has combined passion for athletics with leadership. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, where Matthew enhanced recruitment, wellness programs, and HR processes, and as an HR Coordinator and Assistant at BYU Store, managing employee relations and onboarding. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources Management, Matthew also studied Chinese Studies at National Cheng Kung University.
