Noam Elfanbaum

Director of Engineering at BlueVine

Noam Elfanbaum has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 10 years. Noam began their career as a Tour Guide at the Israel Nature and Parks Authority from October 2010 to August 2012. Noam then transitioned into the tech industry and worked as a Software Engineer at Mellanox Technologies from August 2012 to August 2014, where they were involved in creating a fault-tolerant FW testing mechanism and implementing a black-box testing environment.

After that, Noam worked as a Back End Developer at PLYmedia from September 2014 to April 2015, where they focused on server side development using Python and different services. Noam then joined CloudLock as a Back End Developer from April 2015 to March 2017.

In 2015, Noam also worked as a Python Instructor, teaching Python classes at a non-profit organization and to developers at hitech companies.

Since 2017, Noam has been working at Bluevine, where they started as a Back End Developer from April 2017 to February 2018. Noam then transitioned to the role of Team Lead, Data Engineering from February 2018 to January 2021, where they built core infrastructure in Python to support running Machine Learning models and developed CI/CD infrastructure. Most recently, they held the position of Group Manager from January 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Noam is serving as the Director of Engineering at Bluevine, starting from February 2023.

Noam Elfanbaum pursued their education starting in 2010 at Tel-Hai College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and Philosophy. Noam studied there for three years until 2013. Later, in 2015, Noam enrolled at Tel Aviv University to complete their Master's degree in Philosophy. Noam completed their studies in this field in 2016.
