Rohan Kazi

Rohan Kazi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and capital markets law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Bluevine since April 2022, Kazi has held multiple roles within the company, previously as Legal Counsel. Prior to Bluevine, Kazi worked as an Associate Attorney at Gesmer Updegrove LLP, representing various public and private enterprises in corporate governance and financing. Kazi's experience includes positions at Otterbourg P.C., Clifford Chance, Milbank LLP, and various legal internships, focusing on structured financings, bankruptcy matters, and commercial contracts. Educated at Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctor and a background in International Relations and Sociology from UC San Diego, Kazi has a comprehensive foundation in legal research and public policy.
