Don Spear (he/him)

Don Spear (he/him) has been involved in a variety of professional roles since 1995. In that time, they have served as President and Board Member of Banfield Pet Hospital (1995), Trustee, Treasurer, and Co-President of Beit Haverim (1997), Founder and Board Member of BlueTech, LLC dba BlueVolt.com (2003), Board Member of Eleven Wireless Inc. (2004), Investor of Oregon Angel Fund (2007), Board Member of Three Rivers Charter School (2009), Oregon WPO Chapter Chairperson of YPO - Young Presidents' Organization (2010), Board Member of PawsPlus Inc. (2011), and CEO of OpenSesame Inc. (2011). In 2013, Don also became a Member of the Chief Executives Organization.

Don Spear completed their MBA from Harvard Business School in 1986. Don received a BS and BA from Rice University in 1980, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Don attended Arundel Senior High School prior to attending Rice University.
