Product Support Specialist at BlueVolt

Matthew Anderson has been working in the industry since 2005. Matthew began their career at Johnson Controls as a Process Engineer and IT Systems Administrator, where they reduced Finishing Line scrap through automated material handling and managed the Reverse Polarity Prevention and Voltage Verification Project. In 2008, they joined Amdocs Interactive (Qpass Inc) as an Application Support Group Lead, Lead Appication Support Engineer for AT&T DCM implementation, and Application Support Engineer. In 2013, they moved on to Intel Corporation as a Product Support Engineer and then to Con-way, Inc. as a Senior Application Support Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Product Support Specialist at BlueVolt.

Matthew Anderson began their educational journey in 1985 at the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied Mechanical Engineering until 1988. Matthew then attended The University of Texas at Austin in 1991, also studying Mechanical Engineering, but they did not receive a degree. From 1994 to 1997, they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
