David Stark

David Stark is an experienced Project Manager currently leading shutdown projects for the Aoka Mizu FPSO at Bluewater Energy Services since June 2022. Previously, David served as the Construction Director at TEXO GROUP, overseeing various onshore and offshore construction projects within the UK. With a substantial background in the Oil & Gas industry, David held the position of Construction Manager at Global Energy Group and also at PD&MS, where responsibilities included managing large multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality project execution. David's career began with KCA Deutag, working in multiple roles over 15 years focused on construction and commissioning management. David holds two Master's degrees from Robert Gordon University, one in Asset Integrity Management and the other in Construction Project Management.
