Marcel Kraaier

Marcel Kraaier is a seasoned professional in contract management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Management Professional at Bluewater Energy Services since April 2021, Marcel specializes in claim management for the HB Project in Norway. In parallel, Marcel operates Kraaier Consultancy as a senior consultant and professional coach. Prior to these roles, significant tenure at Fluor Corporation from November 1999 to April 2021 included responsibilities as Senior Manager of Contract Management and Project Supply Chain Manager, overseeing prime contracts and subcontracting for capital investment projects. Marcel's career began with positions as a project manager and industrial/process engineer at various companies, including DuPont and The Dow Chemical Company.
