Paul van Binsbergen

Paul Van Binsbergen serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bluewater Holding B.V. since August 2016 and is also the Chairman of the Board at Stichting doK, Museum voor Nederlandse Beeldhouwkunst since January 2015. In addition to serving as the Chairman of the Board at VvE Appartementengebouw De Heun III since March 2012, Paul is a member of the Financial Accounting Review Committee at Bluewater Energy Services, contributing to the generation of annual financial audit reports for shareholders. As the owner of van Binsbergen Beheer B.V. since September 1987, Paul focuses on turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate project management, along with providing counseling and serving on various supervisory boards and audit committees. Previous positions include Directeur Actuariaat at SNS REAAL (2008-2009), CIM Manager at DAF Trucks NV (1983-1987), and roles at Océ van de Grinten Venlo and Philips, showcasing a rich career spanning several decades in management, engineering, and finance. Paul Van Binsbergen holds an ir degree in mathematics and electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology obtained in 1969.
