Mike Friend

Mike Friend is an experienced IT service management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the BCITS II Client Services Manager at BlueWater Federal Solutions since February 2021, Mike maintains an active security clearance and leads interactions with customers to address service inquiries at Arnold AFB, TN. Prior to this role, Mike held positions including BCITS Client Services Manager at OBXtek, IT Service Desk Manager at Cubic Corporation, and Senior Technical Manager at Smarsh, among others. Educational qualifications include AAS degrees in Computer Technology and Network Engineering from Heald College. Mike has demonstrated a strong capacity for leadership and customer service throughout various roles in both technical support and service desk management.
