Kirk Wilson

Kirk joined the Bluewater Health Board of Directors in June 2019 after completing a one-year term as a Non-Director Committee Member. He is Chair of the Quality Committee and a member of the Resource Utilization and Audit Committee. He is also the Bluewater Health Board representative on the Bluewater Health Foundation Board.

Prior to his retirement, Kirk’s career in engineering spanned multiple locations in North America in various sectors, culminating with his position as Senior Vice President and Head of Bayer Technology Services for North and South America headquartered in Houston, Texas. He is a member of Ontario Professional Engineers, the Canadian Society of Chemical Engineering (CSChE), and Chemistry in Canada.

Kirk has served terms on both the Board of Directors for the Sarnia YMCA and YMCA across Southwestern Ontario. He is also a past Director of the CSChE. In addition, he has volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society and the Diabetes, Heart & Stroke, and Kidney foundations.
