Lisa Regan

Lisa Regan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Lambton Elderly Outreach (LEO) since January 2023. Lisa has been with Bluewater Health since 2004, serving in various roles including Vice President, Director of Emergency, Critical Care, Respiratory, Patient Flow, Social Work and CRT, Director Performance & Transformation of Patient Flow Services, Director of Transition Planning, and Manager/Director of Medicine Program, CCU, and Dialysis. Lisa holds a BScN & Masters in Nursing from the University of Windsor. Lisa is known for their expertise in clinical management and creating a Lean Culture at Bluewater Health.
