Paula Reaume-Zimmer

Paula Reaume-Zimmer is the President and CEO of Bluewater Health. Paula has held unique leadership roles in her previous positions as Integrated Vice President. For the past seven years, Paula’s integrated leadership has included a focused effort on systems integration between acute care and the community. She has held an integrated leadership position as Vice President between Bluewater Health and Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton-Kent, and for the past two years, she has also had the opportunity to lead in community support services in her integrated role of VP, Bluewater Health and CEO, Lambton Elderly Outreach.

Paula is known and respected both locally and provincially for her leadership, expertise, and passion for collaborative and cross-sectoral approaches to integrated service delivery and system outcomes. Her professional career began in nursing as an inpatient psychiatric nurse, and she has held various roles in mental health & addictions and emergency services. Throughout her career in healthcare, Paula has demonstrated her commitment to advocating for marginalized populations and inclusive practices.
