Rachel Elliott

Rachel Elliott is currently a 24-month Limited Term Lecturer at the University of Windsor, having been renewed for a second 36-month term as of July 2023. Additionally, Rachel serves as a Sessional Instructor and Patient Flow Coordinator at Bluewater Health, working casually as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Medicine unit to maintain clinical competencies. Previously, Rachel worked as Nursing Faculty in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at Lambton College Sarnia, where the role included Program Coordinator responsibilities and interdisciplinary faculty education. Rachel's nursing background includes experience as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care at Bluewater Health and a strong academic foundation with multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing from Western University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care from Durham College. Current educational pursuits include a Board of Governor's Certificate in Leadership Development from Lambton College.
