Caleb McClenny has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Caleb started their career as a Shift Manager at WhirlyBall/LaserWhirld Plano, where they managed employee schedules, handled inventory management, and provided excellent customer service. Caleb then worked as a Parking Manager at Oklahoma State University, focusing on customer service and sales in a parking garage setting. Caleb also has experience as an International Development Intern at The Valpo Surf Project, where they gained financial and cultural skills. Caleb worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Yardi, providing exceptional customer service to clients in the apartment community industry. At The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, Caleb served as a Marketing and Document Services Consultant, selling marketing services, promotional products, and documents in the automotive retail industry. Currently, Caleb is an Inside Sales Representative at Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent Technology, where they consult with talent leaders to optimize learning and talent management systems and deliver business results.
Caleb McClenny attended Oklahoma State University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business. In 2018, they also participated in an Advanced Spanish Program in Language and Culture at Universidad de Viña del Mar.
