Jessica Tracey

Jessica Tracey currently serves as General Counsel at Bluewater Power Distribution Corporation, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a lawyer at Lerners LLP from January 2021 to September 2025 and as Solicitor and Counsel at BC Hydro from May 2017 to January 2021. Jessica began the legal career with experiences as an articled student at Fasken Martineau LLP and as an energy and liquids legal intern at TransCanada. Additionally, Jessica has a diverse background in sustainability as a Sustainability Specialist at Essex Power Corporation and has held various roles throughout earlier career stages, including in golf operations and customer service. Jessica holds dual Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Windsor, as well as an Honours degree in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo.
