Melissa Phillips

Melissa Phillips currently works at Bluewater Technologies Group as the Account Executive, Director of Demand Generation, and Sales Operations Lead. Melissa oversees Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to maintain quality support for internal teams and external clients. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Powers Distributing as the On Premise Account Manager and Swing Sales Representative, managing business relationships and driving sales goals. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University and a Certification in Broadcast Media Arts from Specs@LTU.
