Clint Ooten has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Clint started their career as the Human Resources Director at Massey Energy from 1993 to 1998. Clint then moved on to General Electric, where they served as the Human Resources Director from 1998 to 2002. After that, Clint joined TOUSA, Inc. as the VP of Human Resources and Administration, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they founded their own HR consulting firm called OOTEN & ASSOCIATES, LLC, where they served as the President until 2011. From 2012 to the present, Clint has held various roles at Bluewater Thermal Solutions, including President - Industrials, and Director of Commercial and Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Clint has gained experience in HR department start-up services, training, development, succession planning, executive coaching, performance management, compensation and benefit programs.
Clint Ooten obtained a B.A. in English Education from West Virginia University from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in English Education from the same institution during the same period.
