Tara Songer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tara began their career as a Media Buyer at Paradise Advertising in 2002, where they analyzed target demographics and planned and monitored media schedules for various campaigns. In 2004, they joined HSN as a Marketing Specialist, managing affiliate marketing partnerships and maintaining competition trends. Tara then joined SPARK in 2006 as an Account Manager, where they planned strategic direction for clients and served as a liaison between clients and the creative team. Tara returned to HSN in 2007 and held multiple positions including Project Manager, Programming Manager, and Digital Homepage Programming Manager. In these roles, they managed site homepage execution, analyzed Google Analytics data, strategized growth opportunities, and communicated initiatives to the organization. In 2019, Tara worked as a Digital Paid Media Specialist at PowerChord, Inc., where they managed YouTube video and Pandora audio campaigns and gained expertise in Google Ads. Tara then joined Bluewater in 2020 as an Account Manager, meeting with clients to discuss challenges and developing action plans for campaigns. In 2022, Tara joined Dunn&Co. as a Senior Account Executive, accountable for managing assigned accounts and fostering client relationships. Most recently, they returned to Bluewater in 2023 as an Account Manager.
