Wojciech Jan has a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance roles. Wojciech began their career as a Second Engineer at Subsea 7 in 2008. After that, they worked at Northern Offshore Ltd as a Technical Section Leader from 2010 to 2013. Wojciech then joined OCEAN RIG UK LTD as a Technical Assistant from 2013 to 2016. Wojciech then worked at Damen Shiprepair & Conversion as a Maintenance Supervisor from 2016 to 2017. Wojciech continued their career at Falcon Global Ltd as a Chief Mechanical Engineer from 2017 to 2018. Wojciech then moved to Prosafe as a Chief Mechanical Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, Wojciech worked at Maersk Drilling as a Maintenance Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Wojciech is currently serving as the Chief Mechanical Engineer at Bluewater since November 2021.

Wojciech Jan completed their education at Gdynia Maritime University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from September 1995 to June 2001.
