Timothy R. Ramdeen is an accomplished finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment banking, hedge funds, and biotech. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Hudson Strategic Advisors and Dharma Capital Advisors, Timothy specializes in capital markets and strategic solutions for emerging growth companies. Additionally, Timothy serves on the boards of Blue Water Biotech Inc. and Virometix AG, focusing on innovative healthcare solutions. Previous roles include co-founding Stealth Mode Biotech and an event-driven hedge fund, coupled with significant analytical positions at Altium Capital and Brio Capital Management. Timothy holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Biology from Temple University.
