Prior to joining Bluewave, Paul was the Chief Knowledge Officer and a Manager Partner of Helm Partners. His leadership and commitment to excellence has helped build an innovative client engagement model that established Helm Partners as a premier national Advisory Services firm.

Paul’s 25 years of experience have been defined by his constant focus on growth, learning, and intent to build relationships through trust, delivering value, and solving real problems. He has provided transformative outcomes for clients across a broad range of industries in the areas of telecommunications, network design, contact center and CX engagement strategies, and cybersecurity. He strongly believes in the power of good ideas, open-mindedness, and that improving oneself is a critical and worthy pursuit.

Born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia area, Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University.
