QHSE Manager (dpa And Cso) at Bluewhale Offshore

Greg O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Greg started their career in the Royal Air Force as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, specializing in avionics and radar control systems. After leaving the RAF, they joined Dolphin Drilling as an HS&E Co-ordinator and later became the QHS&E Manager. Greg then worked for KCA Deutag as an HSE Superintendent before returning to Dolphin Drilling as the QHS&E Manager once again. Greg also served as the QHS&E Manager at Seadrill Careers, where they led campaigns across Southeast Asia and developed Safety Cases for Australian operations. Greg then joined Dolphin Drilling Pte Ltd as the QHS&E Manager, reporting at board and MD level and providing ongoing support for their international offshore fleet. In 2015, Greg served as the VP QHSE at DYNAMIC DRILLING & SERVICES. Most recently, they have been working as the QHSE Manager (DPA and CSO) at Bluewhale Offshore, responsible for establishing the company in the international energy sector and developing integrated management systems. Alongside their work experience, Greg pursued an MBA (Advanced) degree at Curtin University, graduating with distinction.
