Xue Wu Fan

Xue Wu Fan is a seasoned professional in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) management with extensive experience in the offshore and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as 健康安全环境主管 and Rig Safety Training Coordinator at Bluewhale Offshore since March 2022, Xue previously held the position of HSSE Supervisor at JGC from August 2021 to March 2022. Xue’s tenure at Bluewhale Offshore began in July 2019, progressing from Safety Advisor to Rig Safety Training Coordinator by March 2020. Notable prior roles include Safety Officer at Sinopec Nigeria for a Shell project and Logistics Coordinator for Sinopec’s Genting project. Xue holds an associate degree in Business Management from China University of Petroleum, attained between 2003 and 2005.
