Adi Schechter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2011 as a Junior Account Executive at Shalmor Avnon Amichay Advertising Limited, where they supported the account team with BTL and Print operations. Adi then moved on to Gitam BBDO, first as an Account Executive in 2012, working with international and local clients, and later as an Account Supervisor (Team Lead) in 2014, managing a team and leading campaigns for Gindi Holdings. In 2015, Adi joined Philip Morris International as a Brand Manager, responsible for executing marketing activities and managing agencies. They also held the role of Product Retention Lead, leading cross-functional teams and developing CRM capabilities. Adi then transitioned to Isracard in 2019 as a Product Manager, before joining Rakuten Viber the same year. At Rakuten Viber, Adi initially served as a Retention Marketing Manager, and later as the Global Retention Marketing Team Lead, managing a team of retention managers and overseeing CRM strategy and execution globally. Currently, Adi holds the position of Marketing Director at Bluewhite, where they focus on driving the growth of resilient farms through technology and user experience.

Adi Schechter obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University during the period of 2008 to 2011. Furthermore, Adi completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing at Queen Mary University of London from 2013 to 2014.
