Tom Marom is a CPA (Isr.) and VP Finance with over 18 years of progressive experience in global finance and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance at Bluewhite, Tom focuses on optimizing financial foundations for a high-growth defense technology company. Previously, they held key leadership positions at organizations such as Yotpo, Kissterra, YouAppi, and Perion, where they significantly contributed to financial reporting, compliance strategies, and team management. Tom also boasts a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management combined with Economics and is currently pursuing an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University, where they have achieved honors and recognition on the Dean's List.
