Scott Mugno

Scott A. Mugno is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in safety and governance. Currently serving as Vice Chairman, member, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Franklin County Water Service Authority board, Scott also holds a board member position at Bluewire, LLC and acts as Senior Advisor to the International Allied Missions. Previously, Scott was a nominee for the Assistant Secretary of Labor for OSHA and served as Vice President of Safety, Sustainability & Vehicle Maintenance at FedEx Ground, as well as Managing Director of Corporate Safety, Health, and Fire Prevention at FedEx Express. Scott's legal background includes positions as Senior Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Company and Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army. Scott holds a JD from Washburn University School of Law, a BS in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University, and an AA in Political Science from Queensborough Community College.
