James Curzon

James Curzon has worked in a variety of roles related to cybersecurity and IT since 2015. James began their career as an IT Systems Assistant with the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat in 2015 and 2016. In 2016, they also began working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Web & Database Developer at Ontario Tech University, where they published research on privacy enhancing technologies applicable to smart city domains. In 2017, they worked as an IT Data Warehousing Associate at Celestica. In 2019, they worked as a Security Analyst at Herjavec Group and as a Research Assistant at Ontario Tech University. Currently, they are a Cybersecurity Software Developer at Bluewrist Inc.

James Curzon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University between 2003 and 2008. James then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Networking and Information Technology Security from Ontario Tech University between 2014 and 2019. In July of 2019, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
