Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson has over 40 years of work experience in the field of business development. Tom began their career in 1981 at AA Jansson as a Salesperson. Tom then moved to Perceptron Inc. in 2001, where they worked as a Business Development Manager. In 2010, they joined Creaform as the Director of Sales US. After two years, they were hired by Steinbichler Vision Systems as a Sales Channel Manager. In 2016, they were appointed as the Director of Sales at Meta Vision Systems USA. In 2019, they began working as a Sales Engineer at Applied Automation Technologies, Inc. In 2021, they joined Liberty Reach Inc. as a Sr. Business Development Associate. Currently, they are employed as a Business Development Specialist at Self and as a Business Development Manager USA at Bluewrist Inc.

Tom Thompson attended Lawrence Technological University from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering (ASEE). Tom then returned to the same university from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business (BSBS). In February 2019, they obtained a Basic Robotics Training (Welding with Fanuc Arc Mate) certification from Lincoln Electric.
