William Shang

William Shang has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2010. William began their career at IBM, working as a Software Test Lead from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they were responsible for planning test schedules, test coverage, and task assignments, as well as leading test engineers and providing technical support. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a QA Manager at Vpon Big Data Group. William then moved to Quadas\u4eac\u7eac\u6570\u636e, where they held the same role from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they began working at MoMAGIC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. QA Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a QA Architect at BlueX Trade since 2019.

William Shang has completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California between 2008 and 2010. William also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, both from National Cheng Kung University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they have four IBM certifications, including IBM Certified Solution Expert of Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management, IBM Certified Specialist of Rational Quality Manager, IBM Certified Specialist of Rational Requirements Composer, and IBM Certified Specialist of Rational Team Concert.
