Anupama P.

Anupama P. has a wide range of work experience. Anupama began their career in 2011 as a Citizen Service Executive at CMC LTD, where they were responsible for checking and making sure the documents were correct for passport applicants, coordinating applicants to the right counter for passport processing, and uploading documents, scanning and taking photos of applicants. In 2014, they joined TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for end to end recruitment process for clients, including sourcing profiles for requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and hot books, and evaluating and gauging candidate's interests through calls. In 2016, they joined Google as a Global Leadership Staffing/Associate via Cognizant Technology Solutions. Her role involved a pro-active approach to recruiting, generating a pipeline of quality leads, developing profiles for select roles and skills, and building a real-time and strong database. Finally, in 2019, they joined Blueye Robotics as a Marketing and Support Specialist and Marketing Assistant. Her roles included using Zendesk as a tool to capture inbound leads and transfer it to the sales team, assigning and tagging tickets to the correct department, and making content and posting in social media of the activities happening in the organization.

Anupama P. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in Business Administration and Management, General from Mahatma Gandhi University between 2008 and 2011.
