Mitchell Johnson

Mitchell Johnson is a dedicated community outreach professional currently serving as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Bluff Country Co-op since December 2018, focusing on promoting healthy eating, environmental sustainability, and fair economic practices in Southeast Minnesota. Prior experience includes working as an Invasive Species Management Specialist for Winona County, where responsibilities involved eradicating invasive plants and empowering local landowners, and as an English Educator for the Peace Corps, where Mitchell taught ESL to over 150 students daily, established a school library, and led various literacy initiatives. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Winona State University, earned in 2015.
