The Leadership Team at Bluffton University is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision for the institution, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity. Comprised of key executives such as the President and Vice Presidents in Student Affairs, Athletics, Advancement, and Enrollment Management, this team collaborates to enhance student experiences, drive enrollment, and foster community engagement, all while remaining true to the university's historic peace church values.
