Lasse Norgaard-Larsen

Lasse Norgaard-Larsen has had a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. Lasse began their career in 2003 at Marriott International as a Systems Technician and Systems Administrator at the Central European Regional Office. In 2005, they moved to The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands as a Systems Manager. Lasse then returned to Marriott International in 2007 as a Director of Americas IT, where they were responsible for technology implementations and services of $100M+/year. Lasse also held the role of Senior Manager of Americas IT and was selected to participate in the Emerging Leader Program (ELP). In 2013, they joined Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) as a Workgroup chair and participant, where they led multiple workgroups and authored several documents for the hospitality industry. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BluIP Inc. as Senior Director of Product Offerings, where they lead the largest BluIP vertical of Hospitality and has achieved YoY double digit percentage growth.

Lasse Norgaard-Larsen completed a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management: Project Management from University in 2013.
