Karla Pearlstein

Karla Pearlstein is an accomplished Director of Supply Chain with extensive experience in global supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Operations at Blulabs, Karla manages a team and focuses on demand and supply planning, operational excellence, and systems integration. Previously, Karla established a formal demand planning function at Bear Down Brands and demonstrated leadership at Office Depot and Spectrum Brands, driving vendor performance and optimizing supply chain processes. Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
