Mehmet Kubur

Mehmet Kubur is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Eaton since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mehmet held multiple leadership positions at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from February 2009 to September 2022, including Director of Quality, Operational Director for Trucks, Plant Manager, Director of Gear Engineering & Development, and Sr. Manager Gears in Asia, where responsibilities included global gear design, development, and manufacturing engineering. Mehmet's career began at Caterpillar Inc. as a Lead Engineer and includes earlier roles at AAM as Plant Quality Manager, Gear Lab Supervisor, and Sr. Gear Engineer. Mehmet holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University. Additionally, Mehmet is pursuing a Certificate of Executive Finance through Kellogg Executive Education.
