Monica Shell

Monica Shell is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at Blum Consulting Engineers, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Monica served as a project engineer at MEPCE for a brief period and held the position of electrical engineer at GHC Engineers from June 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes project management at P3 Builds and field operations at Integrated Geotechnical Solutions, Inc. in 2019, along with an engineering internship at Horizon Mud Company. Early career experience includes a petroleum engineering internship at Honeywell in Moscow, Russia, where significant contributions were made to budget optimization and data analysis.
