Ngoc Hoang is currently the Head of the Hanoi office at Blum Group, a position held since 2021. Previously, Ngoc served as Global Sales Manager at Sơn Hà Group from 2014 to 2021 and as International Sales Manager at Goldsun JSC from 2008 to 2012. Ngoc began their career as a Trading Manager at Chinalco Group from 2012 to 2014. They hold an MBA in International Business/Commerce from the University of Commerce and a degree in International Business Management from Foreign Trade University.
