Earlier, Tejas worked at Lazard from June 2018 to January 2022 in both the Venture and Growth Banking Group and the Power and Energy Group, specializing in renewables and utilities. Tejas completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and another in Finance from the Cockrell School of Engineering and the Texas McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, respectively, between 2014 and 2018.
