Matt Pencek is the CEO and Managing Partner of Pencek Advisors, a team of experts guiding companies through transformative change. Matt also serves as the Head of Finance at BLUME and is the Co-Founder of Tobacco Coast Vineyards. With experience at Advantia Health and MorganFranklin Consulting, Matt has a background in corporate development, finance, and strategic growth planning. Matt holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree from Clemson University in Accounting, Finance, and Agriculture.
