Jack Robb

Jack Robb has a long and varied work history. Jack began their career in 2009 as the Owner of Anytime Computer Repair, where they designed and installed backup, security, performance, networking, and remote connectvity solutions for small businesses. In 2011, they interned at Wyant Computer Services, followed by a role as a Video Technician/Editor at Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools in 2012. That same year, they also held a Student Supervisor role at Michigan State University and an IT-Services Intern role at Hagerty Insurance. In 2013, they were an IT Services Intern at Hagerty (U.S.) before joining Google in 2014 as an IT Resident. During their time at Google, they conducted several user journeys around product functionally and use cases, helped shape the company's accessories needs, and hosted temporary workers. In 2017, they moved to Duo Security as a Technical Solutions Engineer, and in 2019 they joined Cisco as a Solutions Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Solutions Engineer at Blumira.

Jack Robb attended Traverse City Saint Francis from 2008 to 2011, earning their High School Diploma in 2011. Jack then attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned their BS in Media and Information with a major in Information Technology. In 2010, Jack obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from the Carrer Tech Center.
