Thu also managed website content, editorial documentation, and wrote articles with SEO and CRO focus. Prior to Blumira, Thu Pham worked at Cisco as a Content Marketing Manager for Duo and later as a Product Marketing Manager for Duo. Thu also served as a Content Marketing Manager at Duo Security. Before that, they worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at Online Tech, where they specialized in creating high-quality marketing collateral for the IaaS industry and drove significant results and leads.
Thu Pham obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Advertising from Central Michigan University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, Thu Pham also achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Michigan. In addition to their degrees, Thu Pham received a certification in Foundation, Product Launch & Marketing from Pragmatic Institute in October 2021.
