Rebekah Willmer

Rebekah Willmer is currently the People and Culture Operations Lead at Blundstone Australia, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Rebekah accumulated extensive experience at Tassal Group, advancing through various roles including People and Culture Manager, Partner, and Advisor from February 2017 to March 2025. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Bunnings, where Rebekah served as a Department Manager, Future Leader/Store Supervisor, and Learning and Development Advisor from January 2009 to February 2017. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from the University of Tasmania and completed multiple diplomas at Swinburne University of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Adelaide. Currently, Rebekah is pursuing studies in the Australian Legal Process and Legal Institutions at the University of Melbourne.
