Mutuala Mayiki has a diverse work experience in customer service and marketing roles. They started their career at Blurb as an EU multilingual Customer Representative, where they dealt with various customer inquiries and represented the company at trade events. They then worked as a Multilingual Customer Care Representative at Deckers Brands. After that, they joined AC Fashion as a Marketing Project Coordinator, where they built and strengthened B2B customer relations, managed online marketing tasks, and coordinated customer service and marketing duties. They later joined Interxion as an ECSC B2B Customer Care representative, where they provided B2B customer care in German, French, and English and contributed to ongoing process improvement projects. Most recently, they worked at RPI as a Social and Community Specialist and at Blurb again as an EU Customer Representative, Operations Assistant, and Social Content Care role, handling customer care inquiries and assisting the operations manager.
Mutuala Mayiki attended Friedrich-List Berufskolleg from 2004 to 2007, where they earned their A-Level degree in Economy and Administration. They then pursued an Associate's degree in International Business and Languages at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Mutuala Mayiki studied at BiB International College, earning a certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they attended Solent University from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
