Erica Dixon

Erica Dixon currently serves as the Field Accountant Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where responsibilities include managing a team of Field Accountants, auditing significant bill files, and ensuring accurate documentation for timely billing to enhance cash flow and minimize missed revenue opportunities. Prior to this role, Erica worked as a Regional Estimator, collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to produce competitive proposals. From July 2015 to May 2023, Erica held the position of Estimator at Mammoth Restoration, providing centralized support for estimating needs and utilizing software such as Xactimate and T&M Pro. Erica holds a degree in Communications Arts & Sciences with a focus on Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
