Previously, they founded and developed VentureMind.AI, an AI-driven platform that empowers entrepreneurs and professionals in various industries. Prior to that, Jermaine owned Windy Sports and Fitness, where they developed sales strategies, created fitness programs, and managed employee work schedules. Jermaine also served as a Partner/VP at KIBA Group Construction LLC., where they trained staff, obtained permits, and managed government construction projects. Additionally, Jermaine co-founded K.Group DAO, a DAO startup focused on privatizing affordable housing. Jermaine has also held leadership positions at Boyce Group Construction and Boyce Group Investments Inc., where they oversaw construction projects, managed team workflow, and implemented operational policies.
